A set of handcrafted ceramic art objects inspired by diatoms—microscopic, single-celled algae found in aquatic environments around the globe. Famous for their intricate silica cell walls (frustules), diatoms act as nature's tiny glassmakers, constructing elaborate geometric lattices, perforated patterns, and symmetric shells that are essential to Earth's oxygen production.
Sculpted entirely by hand in stoneware clay, this trio captures the delicate structural beauty and tactile geometries of these microscopic marine wonders, finished in deep cobalt and muted teal glazes.
Please note: This listing is for the complete set of 3 sculptures.
